Statement on Aboriginal Autonomy Act

In Taiwan, a coalition of Aboriginal groups held a press conference to protest against the Executive Yuan's draft act on Aboriginal Autonomy (原住民族自治法草案). The KMT government is determined to push this flawed act through the legislature this session the same way the Conservatives pushed their flawed act through Parliament tonight. Thanks to the work of your executive, and especially So* Chenghian (蘇正玄), we were able to issue a statement supporting the opposition to the draft act in Taiwan on the same day.
